She did a very short project for me before this one and looked very honest and good so I awarded her this longer project. I created a milestone when she did about 1/5 of milestone requirement I reseased the milestone. She made promises that she will finish the project (not only the milestone requirement), then she disappeared with the money and did nothing else. Actually she had about 3-4 weeks to come forward or make any communication, she did not. Of course releasing the milestone payment is my responsibility. However a person's own act of taking money and promising delivery for it then disappearing with the money is an act of criminality. She is promoting herself as a work at home mother which makes the thing more sad as the next generation should be handled, educated by parents with different ethics level.
