  Objective- Looking to create several iPhone applications of increasing complexity. Wish to build continued relationship and provide continued business to a programmer/designer (or small team).Background- Need a Programmer (or Programmer/Designer team) with strong background in graphic design. Desiring to create apps with high quality graphics and a light animation component. Must be able to show 2 or more past completed iphone apps. Regarding compensation- If first project is successful, compensation and complexity will increase as appropriate and future projects will be offered. Selection- Remote work is welcomed and interviews will be conducted on Skype. Work- Will expect at least 3 iterations of the app. Paying per completion and not hourly so micromanaging will not be a problem. Expect however to be able to give progress report with specific landmarks once each week.
