I am a strong believer in the power of positive thinking and collaborative working environments. This is especially helpful when one is developing websites and software. I walk with my customers through every step before the project begins, so the client knows exactly what is going to happen and just how much of a bang they will get for their buck. I have experience developing websites of all sorts from online shopping carts to arcades to full social networks. I work for an online marketing company which I brought in my own custom CRM coded in PHP7. I've been a LAMP Developer for 18 years and code scalable, secure and fast running DB powered sites from scratch. I manage Facebook Ads and have 6 years experience in high budget advertising for affiliate offers and lead gen. I do work full time in LAMP Dev and code on nights and weekends for extra cash here and there. The 75% completion rate is do to an employer disappearing from Freelancer, was not my fault.
