“ He is working hard to do what we want done. He keeps on trying the best he can for all requests we made. Intentions are good and he is good enough for perhaps small and/or simple project. We didn't like the quality of the coding and will clear and recode most of it again. It can also be because of a language barrier as his English isn't perfect.
