I have a three-part fashion illustration job. In total, 8 figures and 2 backgrounds. I want them in vector format when we finalize. Stylistically, there are 3 things that I am looking for:First, it is minimalist. I do NOT need coloring or excessive details. Basically just strokes and maybe light shading. In the example below, I want something like the ones on the right-hand sides:http://www.artdesignfashion.com/timelines/images/1950s.jpgThe one below is a great example too. A few clean strokes, simple shading, minimalist facial features...perfect!http://static3.depositphotos.com/1008927/246/v/950/depositphotos_2468249-Fashion-sketch.jpgSecondly, two of the three involve background. I couldn't find as many examples to compare as this is less common in fashion illustration, but the one below makes sense:http://www.urbanlime.com/images/entries/sarah-paris-09232009143720405.jpgProbably, we should be able to get away with even less amount of detailing than another example below. Typically in terms of visual hierarchy, the background shouldn't take away too much attention, so you get the idea:http://st.depositphotos.com/1814741/1398/v/950/depositphotos_13982152-Vector-sketch-of-fashionable-men-and-women-on-city-background.jpgTo repeat, this is a minimalist style, and I do not want you to spend too much time filling in small details. Now, let's talk about the actual project. 1) http://img.trendencias.com/2012/01/fornarinajeans_pag05.jpghttp://home.earthlink.net/~mimazee/images/Sofia-Vergara-Covergirl.jpgFor these two, I just need the figures. No background. They will end up in a thin horizontal web banner, so you do not need to temper with body proportions. You can give these to me in 2 separate Illustrator files. 2) http://home.earthlink.net/~mimazee/images/FallFash25off75_CYOpage_FA12.jpgFor this, you obviously ignore the texts. I need the background and the figures. 4 girls walking in line, maybe arm in arm, with a city background. You can base your background on the original in the image, but you can also be creative as well if you'd prefer. 4 fly girls strutting down a city street...that kind of feel is what I'm looking for. As for the models' body proportion, I will leave it up to you.I haven't made up my mind about the image size of the final outcome yet as far as the aspect ratio is concerned. Depending on the background that you would provide, I shall decide later. So, you have more control on this. The background needs to be in a separate layer in Illustrator, OR you can give me in 2 separate files. 3) http://img.thesun.co.uk/multimedia/archive/01663/Swanepoel_06_1663943a.jpghttp://images.huffingtonpost.com/2010-04-15-1.jpghttp://home.earthlink.net/~mimazee/images/w2.jpgOf the three, this one would be the most elaborate. As for the figures, we should get their proportions tempered. Typical long-limbed fashion style. 11 head count, maybe...Also, as for Candice (the girl on the beach), we would need to bring down our eye level a little bit. Right now, it's around her tummy, but we need to lower it to her thigh level. Also, she's not looking at us right now. We should change her gaze so that she's looking at us, and giving us that sassy, fashion attitude. As for the background, we need to roughly maintain its aspect ratio as the outcome is already set at 906px x 248px. Of course, I can move things around and resize them when I get the Illustrator file, so you do not need to be pixel-perfect about this. You can give these to me in 3 separate Illustrator files. If you are interested, please follow up with relevant works that you have done. I also need your quote for each milestone. No third parties please.I have a three-part fashion illustration job.
