I need a rental property management site/database which will be the basis for what may be a much larger project. I"m torn between PHP and .NET. Your comfort with the language may be what makes up my mind. I do prefer a MySQL database. I need a bid and timeline for this project. Obviously this is a minimal project at this point. It will get more complicated in the future. Consider this an audition.Requirements:Main page with secure log-in, and add account option.Simple page with a logo image at top and log-in on left side. Most of the main page will be reserved for advertising, Google Ad-sense, Amazon book ads etc. After log-in, will be the users dashboard. Logo at top. next, Horizontal menu choices to add new properties, print reports, edit users settings and more later Right margin reserved for ads.Bulk of page is a sortable/filterable list of the users properties, multi-unit properties will have a single line with a means of expanding to show individual units. I would like to have a HYIP script made. The script needs to simulate some features on sites like AVO.net, Right5.com...We can discuss further on the features. The backoffice admin control panel needs to be secured from hacks. Script needs to accept several payment processors, namely, LibertyReserve, PerfectMoney, SolidTrustPay, EgoPay, PexPay and so on for now. Needs to be extendable to include other payment processors in the future. The user backoffice will contain graphs to dispaly the deposits, a messaging system for users to communicate with one another, deposit/withdraw button, banner/referral section where users can find banners there to promote the site, and a few other things we will discuss further.I will hold the rights to the script, and there will be no reselling of the script.
