The access program has multiple pages to access the database. It holds an inventory of an electrical company. It has incoming and outgoing supplies, part numbers, prices, quotes, as well as user tracking and more. It also has invoicing and invoice tracking. I believe there are a total 35 forms, maybe more. The program was first writing with Office 2003. I need a very rough estimate of what this would cost. I believe that the program needs to be completely rewritten yet able to access the current database. The program has very archaic variables, and some of the terms do not have a 64-bit variant. That's a major reason for it be rewritten. If you need any more information about this let me know.When submitting your bid make sure that it is all inclusive. While I don't expect it to be right on the money, I want to be able to go to the customer and say this is what it would roughly cost without an addition $2000 surprise. I will work with the freelancer to get a definitely time frame and price range. This needs to be a self-contained browser window within the software.- The software will perform the function of refreshing the site that the browser window is navigated to at a specific user defined interval.- After the page refresh, the software will search the page for a user-defined string of text on the page.- If the text is not found, the software merely pauses and waits out the interval before refreshing and searching again.- If the string of text IS found, then the software makes a noise (user should be able to define the noise from a folder of sound files)- When the string of text is found, additionally, the software will make itself the top window on the desktop - it will pop up in front of other windows.There should be a place in the GUI to define the following parameters:- How many seconds in between refresh-and-search cycles- What the search string is- What sound file to use when the string is found- A 'Start' and 'Pause' button - when the pause is engaged, the software waits and doesn't refresh nor search.
