“ I have worked with many freelancers but Mikhail is by far the most dishonest. I explained how urgent project was and he gave me his promise he would deliver within deadline, which was 2 days. I paid him 50% in advance and we agreed we would start early the next day to go through project and decide on a mockup design which he would have done by then. He came online late his time and did not have any mockups to show. I stayed several hours until 5am my time to make sure he got the mockup and finally we agreed. 1 day later he had barely started and constantly giving me various excuses and lies. By this time I told him I wanted to end project to get someone that would actually deliver and he just told me to find someone else with no further explanations and broke contact. In retrospect he seemed more interested in getting the milestone than to actually do a good job. He has zero sense of business moral or keeping promises. My property management company is in desperate need of a branding and website update. Our websites are outdated and our company has grown out of the branding we originally created.
