  We are looking for someone to remake the header/top on the site http://www.marsecreview.com/ at the moment, the top header is too thick and wastes too much space.There are two top menu"s... Home -> Advertise and Areas of Risk -> Technology Zone. These can be merged into one. We would like to reduce the height of the whole top header to about 50%. The image containing the Logo and name of company "Maritime Security Review" can also be made smaller. The image in the backgroundcontains a red marker above the red sea, we would like additional markers on North America and Asia.We also need integration with PayPal doing so that people can subscribe to the paid for content on the site and we need to restrict the content on some of the pages to those who have subscribed.
