Phil did a fantastic job for us! I knew most of the details going into this but there were a few changes and additions to the project that I had to make along the way. Phil kindly adapted to the changes and even had the foresight to recommend some creative improvements. We will hire Phil again!

Phil31 is a knowledgeable service provider with the ability to find realistic and down to earth solutions to the problems we encountered. He kept me informed about the development and project status on a regular basis. I commend him for his excellent work and will employ his services in the future without hesitation. Even though the project was not delivered by the original budget and on time it was due to issues beyond his control. I am very happy with the final product. This was a difficult project to develop and I was prepared for that contingency.

I would like to have a chip reader/writer put together that would allow me to read/write the contents from a Maxim DS2433 one-wire EEPROM.I don't have any of the electronic components for the chip reader, so I would ask that you source out the necessary components and software so that you would provide me with the finished product that I would plug right into my PC. I'm not concerned about the cosmetic look of the chip reader/writer since I only need one of them for my own use, so in other words It doesn't have to be pretty as long as it works.. :-)I do have a PC running linux Ubuntu along with standard windows machine so I am flexible on what type of software used for running the chip reader just as long as it is fairly user friendly.I do have software available that I will be able to use to properly format the eeprom dump for re-writing back to the chip, but I just need a means of getting the info off and back onto the chip. So in other words I would like to be able to Read the data on the chip, Copy and Paste it into my software that will put it in the correct format with some changes, and then write it back to the eeprom chip.I would be able to provide some test chips that have the data on them for you to use for testing on your end.Let me know if you would be interested in looking at this project for me.I was not sure how many hours this project would take, so we can discuss this afterwards if you are interested in this project.I am fairly flexible on time frame, but would like to try and have the project completed in 3 to 4 weeks if possible. We are located in the United States.

Need an electrical engineer who can design a PCB, and provide simulations along with best chips to use / costs. The final build will be to create a FPGA litecoin miner unit (not bitcoin as this works different compared to Bitcoin sha256, litecoin uses scrypt) The FPGA unit would need help from on-board RAM, so you would need to have some understanding of utilising the RAM for processing as well. The software that will run on the FPGA is already created and open-source:- https://github.com/ckolivas/cgminer The base Experience in:- Litecoin / Bitcoin Designing PCBs using FPGAs, SoCs, high speed network interfaces and analogue/RF signal filtering. FPGA build with PCB design (Gerber) Chip communication protocol Prototyping with different chips (SIM via ISE is fine) Xilinx BOM VHDL / C / Python

The position sensor transmitter and display monitor receiver pair would be used to measure distance or height. The display monitor receiver must give a visual and audible warning only when the transmitted value reaches 50 percent of the default or user define span. The transmitter circuit has a simple job of transmitting the data sampled from the analog to digital converter from the mechanical span of 0 ohms to 98k ohms from a 100k ohms potentiometer. The receiver display monitor circuit must display the data received in the form of 00.0 to 100.0 in 0.1 increments. 00.0 would represent the minimum 0 ohms default set point or the user defined zero set point and 100.0 would represent the maximum 98k ohms. The additional 5k ohms must be ignored by the receiver and the receiver display must only start decrementing from 98k ohms down. The 5k ohms are for mechanical adjustments during assembly. A required software design feature of the receiver display monitor circuit is a user input zero set point. If its required the user would have the option to set a zero point in the default span value. For example if the circuit designer chooses to use 2.5 volts to supply the potentiometer which would be the maximum value represented on the display as 100.0 when received. The receiver circuit design must recognize from 1 volt to 2.5 volts as the 00.0 to 100.0. 1 volt being the user defined zero set point position.

Hi All,I need a box with internal electronics logic designed. The box should have three buttons and a few leds and a wifi connection. The number of times each button was pushed is being counted and accumulated and once an hour all this information is being sent to a centralized server in the internet (the API for the server is ready). The leds will indicate the box status - wifi connection enabled, battery running out, etc.The size of the box should be about 100mm X 100mm X 20mm and the batteries should last a couple of months at least. Thanks!

Embedded, Micro + Bluetooth (such as CC2540F128 or similar)Objective: 1) to send 2 digital commands from smartphone to a OEM. 2) Should be a low energy, low cost solution in a small size board with use of technology which is already licensed (such as an approved BT devices) The use of the above chip CC2540F128 is not obligatory (you can substitute it with a better chip or a combination, if you know any better) but it has a reasonable priceYou are expected to write an efficient program (we will consider any reasonable language), probably build a prototype, and provide us with proper instructions and supervision so that we can program and build a working prototype as well. Please note: a) The program is not complicated, therefore we expect a modest bid. b) As a part of the project, you are expected to be able to patiently instruct us how to build the working prototype and oversee that we succeed to program the micro.

We are looking for someone who can take the beagleboard C4 reference design and remove certain components not required in our prototype, we require the usb jack to be moved to another area of the board. it is necessary to think about pcb costs in redesigning the layout, space is not at a premium in the final product. We also require the design of a transformer circuit to bring 240VAC down to the 5v DV required to power the board. We will also require a bill of materials with approximate costs for both components and pcb. We are looking for experienced electronics engineers only who have done similar things before
