After 10 months found they had just set up the basics of 4 social accounts. I posted a project on Elance for a SMO expert to report of the % of work that had been completed in my project.Their Reply: "This consultant did very little. Even on setting up the accounts, the Facebook URL is not customized and the Google+ image/banner are blank. I would say he did no more than 10%. I would pay him for about 7.5%. I asked Power Hunters to cancel the project and that i would pay them for the work they have completed. A dispute was lodged which due to my mother being sick could not reply within 3 days. The $600 for the 1st and 2nd month was automatically released to Power Hunters.
