  “He had no clue how to build a site, I hand held him through all of it, then I submitted 5 design concepts, he loved one and told me to go ahead and build the site, however after initially hiring me for a plain XHTML site he decided he wanted to build a FLASH site, so I had to charge extra cos FLASH is a lot more work, he agreed to the increase in budget .. i never even asked him to build a flash site, and i never ever asked once for increase in budget, he did all this on his own, finally he was unable to buy the required hosting, he said it costs too much, he cancelled the project after calling me a dirty Jew. He harassed me for weeks asking for a refund, I cannot refund money for work I already did, so he left me this mean-spirited feedback. I have contacted this sites admin to try and resolve this issue, in the mean time I can only feel sorry for this man.
