Integrated customer support desk, shipping, and order management via RESTful web services in order to dramatically cut down on the number of shipping and customer service errors. Modified Magento product types to accommodate complex, custom assembled products on a per customer basis. Automated the process of capturing custom details and delivering to the product assembly team.
