I have been working as a freelance translator since 2002. Till the year 2007 I double-jobbed by working as a school teacher of English and a freelance translator. In 2007 I became a full-time self-employed freelance translator.
Currently I am collaborating with several translation companies located in Saint Petersburg, Moscow, G...ermany, Great Britain, and the USA.
I am an experienced PC user, I work with such CAT tools as Trados 7 and Déjà Vu X.
My areas of expertise are mainly technical: construction and civil engineering (roads, buildings etc.), heavy construction equipment (loaders, cranes etc.), automation and robotics (industrial automation systems), mechanical engineering (machine-building), geology (geological surveys, mining, hydrogeology etc.).
