  “ Please someone should tell this guy to refund my $25, I am writing this with heated exasperation. I awarded a project to him to edit 40 pages of my website which he agreed to execute for $45 I then proceeded to create a milestone payment of $25 dollars and made the mistake (I am new here) of releasing it the same day and since then (over three weeks now) he is yet to return any of the edited pages nor reply to any of my messages. I have re-warded the project to another person who completed it without delay so someone should please tell him to return my $25Please someone should tell this guy to refund my $25, I am writing this with heated exasperation.   “ They were given 4200 titles to create over 7 days. However, they only finished 2100 products w/ errors. They demanded the milestone payment before they can continue via Paypal because they said Freelancer took too long to release the fund. To not delay the project any further we sent them $100 via paypal. 4 days later, we get an email from Amit telling us that he was in an accident and needed 3 more days to complete the correction. 3 days later, he said he needs 3 more days to recover. He actually offer us a refund if we cant wait anymore. To our surprise, we get an email from Arpit within an hour of us agreeing on the Refund. Arpit email us with the news that he is not going to send our money back and that they have fulfilled their part of the bargain. He then wanted us to release the milestone fund that was set originally and turn around and filed a dispute. We are new to this and learn it the hard way by sending them money via paypal.   “Very unprofessional, Bad experience with new-bees, first they have told me do as i did in my sample work, then they forced me to do with another style, and then after completing it they told me to do it onces again by removing periods, what a unprofessional way!!
