  “ I had done projects with him in past and had good experience. But I had read bad experience with this project. Project was only partially completed, I was asked to change requirements as developer refused to do as per original specification (original request was for Magento theme modification, instead I was delivered HTML pages with new theme). Though, he did good job on HTML pages, this took lot of time. Project was not up to specification, was not on time and was not complete (only 50%). I was very irritated, but since he worked for me earlier, I payed him 100%. It could be one odd incident, but I will not hire him again.I had done projects with him in past and had good experience.
