  “ Didn't manage to follow the very detailed spec we provided. While a useful site framework was delivered it didn't match our requirements for look and feel closely enough for me to be happy. Had several visual elements he couldn't remove or didn't know how. Communication was quick but too unstructured and disorganized, no use of change logs or bug tracking and when we did, it wasn't updated and followed fully. The site still isn't ready to go live as it stands and I'll need to engage another developer to correct the outstanding issues.   “ AVOID AT ALL COST!! At the start of the project Joseph demanded that I release 50% of the total cost before he would start the work. Completely against the purpose of using Freelancer. Then, after showing a less than adequate design he demanded the second half of the payment. Which I reluctantly paid. Still willing to work with him, I agreed to a design change. At which point he demanded a five star review before he would complete the work. To date he is still holding our project hostage until I post a 5 star review. The $550 I have lost working with Joseph Ingram is worth the loss if I can prevent another employer from loosing money. I am sure Mr. Ingram will contest everything I have written here. This is the website: www.fastfoodfacts.comThe website exists to advertise and sell a printed booklet that he produces that reports the nutritional information for food and drink items at many fast food restaurants.Most of the actual informational content of the site will remain the same. He would simply like a fresher, more attractive look. He would like a slider on the front page with probably 4-5 images. All graphics and photos will be provided by client. Would prefer site be done in WordPress but this is not an *absolute* necessity.Major addition/enhancement: the one major addition to the existing functionality that is needed is a more interactive ordering experience that allows the buyer to customize the booklet's front cover. Let me explain. On the front cover of the booklet there is a white space in the middle that the client would like to allow people that order the booklet to be able to print their logo and company name, i.e. to customize for their own purposes. Thus, in the ordering process, he would like for there to be a way for the customer to: 1) Upload their logo; 2) Enter text for company name 3) Choose from several available fonts (maybe 5-10) for the company name. Then he would like for the customer to be able to see a proof of the cover with the logo and text the way it would appear when printed. This process needs to be intuitive, easy-ti-use, accurate, and professional. In essence with activate you only pay for what you need/use.What I require.I require a beautiful design in an admin panel/CMS'esk style with simplicity and intuitive in mind. SO what pages have they requested from me if hear you ask?I need the homepage/dashboard with all the feature (Property, Asset, Facilities, Invoicing) buttons there. Here is some room for creativeness. I need the property main page that will essentially have a drag n drop file up load feature on there with a twist. For each file that is going to be uploaded, it need to be able to have a property assigned to is via a dropdown menu and they cant upload it until they have assigned it. The files will only be documents so I need preview icons representing the files (pdf, doc, ppt, xls). Once the user have uploaded the documents, they need to be presented within a table below the file upload widget.
