Once the client enters this info we need it to list these accounts and allow us to add notes (updates) and be able to add attachments such as pictures to it.5. Client should be able to login and see each account and add notes as each case is worked.6. Would like the system to be able to add each accounts info to a letter to be printed and delivered to account.7. Needs to be clean basic, secure and easy to use.8. We would like the login to be through our website.I have no history of this type of work. I would like to have my licensees access the program on my server and supply them with a password to access the program. Obviously the data input into the program is extremely important and i need to have it converted to a useable data. Presently I have approximately 30 licensees and need to abiliity to grow to many users. This program generates reports and the data needs to be imported in the a report which is currently in MS Word. This program also generates letters and some data such as consumer, insurance company and vehicle information needs to imported into these letters.In addirion I have an existing website however I may also be interested in creating a new website with this project.
