  This project is about displaying an advertisement on digital bill-boards through an android app. So, whenever user opens the app, it will direct him to google map. Once we are on google map, user should be able to draw an area on map.User should be able to select any kind of area anywhere within USA. After selecting the area on the map, it will display all the digital bill-boards(screens) which comes inside that area. So, Before displaying screens on the map, it should provide a list of network providers. (i.e. there are network providers A and B. And they have some number of screens inside the selected area.so it should display a list of those network providers.) So, after showing screens on the map, he should be able to select any or multiple screens. Then, there should be an button through which user can browse a file(image) and after selecting a particular file, he should be able to upload it on the server. Here one particular algorithm should be applied through which we can say if the content is up-loadable or not. Each listing will include a picture, a description, a rating, and feedback that can be left by any registered user on the site. We will provide the structure in form of html/css template, logos, menus and graphics for the page. But I need someone to add database functionality to the site. Basically we need to be able to add listings data to the database, and later retrieve that data based on various search fields. There is also automatic listings displayed from the database on the page based on the users current category preference and overall ratings of those listings. Users should also be able to register and log in, add listings to their favorites and leave feedback for various businesses. We need someone with strong relational database skills.
