• Want to add CMS to existing website and get a mobile version

  I have a website that is built in php and html and I want CMS added to it. I have problems scrolling on ipads and phones so I need a mobile version that is still a full version of my site. I do not want to change anything about my phone. I want my site to remain exactly as it is. I just want CMS added. I know there are programs that allow you to add CMS to the front end so I can edit the site as is in the browser. I bought a gig from someone once on Fiverr that added CMS on my site for only $5 and it took a day to do. I don't know if you guys know how to do it but that's what I want and the guy is no longer on the site I got the first gig from.
