We (my partner and I) are setting up a new company that is focused on supporting people to find their passions and build a business around their passions online, through personal branding and social media marketing.The first stage for our company is for a professional membership site to be put together as a step by step guide for people who wish to monetize their passions online and join a positive and empowering community of like-minded entrepreneurs. This site, and indeed our new company, will be very fun, engaging and innovative and will predominately be operated online.We aim to launch the site mid December to early January, dependant on recruitment of the staff to put together the membership site and marketing support.We are looking for a project manager and personal assistant who will support us in:-Implementing the vision of the company-Implementing the vision of the membership site-Managing and co-ordinating the membership site project-Work with us to hire people immediately to carry out the membership site project (i.e. graphic designer/web designer, copy writers, editors, marketers, customer support, etc-Know how to hire the right people and structure them appropriately-Good understanding of the difference between, average, good and incredible graphic design, web design and marketing work-Managing and co-ordinating staff as required-Providing support at pre-launch and launch stage-Carrying out any research as required-Liaising with potential joint venture partners as required-Work together on ideas: ask questions, give suggestions for improvement-Day-to-day administration, inc. emails/customer care, until a virtual assistant is hiredWe must state upfront that this job certainly isnt for everyone.
