• Capital Letters Recognition

  Hi all,The goal of this project is to recognize some letters in an image.All the letters to recognize are only CAPITAL letters. So no need to recognize lowers, numbers, or symbols.I have the BINARIZED image (Black And White) and I already know the exact location of each letter that must be recognized!Each character have the same Font, EVER.So i can give the exact image containing ONLY the capital letter to recognize, each time.There is only one main problem:Sometimes the quality of the image is low, so the resulting binarized characters are totally different.For example the capital 'P' can lost the hole in the center, or a 'G' can looks like an 'O'. (Failing recognizing in this case is Ok)I need an accuracy of at least 90%.An additional little problem is that the letter can be rotated a little (MAX 30-40).But i think that i can solve this problem and give to you a non-rotated letter.I prefer NOT use MATLAB.You can use AForge or OpenCv/EmguCV.or other libraries (contact me before)For more details please contact me.I require that you have a portfolio highlighting these necessary skills and strengths.
