I need an app designed for major construction project defect items. When the project is starting to come to the fit off and finishing stages there are many things and items that a project manager does not like. I want to have a main screen that has a PDF map of the entire site, with a list of each floor. Then choose the plan/floor you want, then zoom into the exact room and exact area in that room on the map, click the area on the screen and then add a defect. I want a drop down list of hundreds of companies who work on the site, I want them to take a photo of the defect, describe the defect and then put in all of the relevant details about the problem. The company who needs to fix the defect then receives an email to advise them that a new defect item has been created, and on either smartphone, tablet or PC they can log in and look at the area, the defect, the details and everything to do with the problem. There has to be the capability of having tens of thousands of defects and these need to be both displayed as pins on a map and or a list view of the defects as per which company you are. I need there to be authorization levels , the supervisor has access to all the defects but each company can only see there defects. I need there to be a website where these defects are stored and people can go online via a PC and to either delete, update or cancel the defect. This is a very specialized app and I need it primarily on android with looking towards apple at a later stage. I need the screen to be customizable for each company so that each building company can have there own logo and name on the app. Please take your time when bidding for this job as I will be taking my time deciding who to go with. I know that there will be hours spent changing things on this app and I NEED near perfect English skills so that my needs are met fully. Please don't waste my time as I know what I want and I will not be taking second place with the development of this app. Thank you

Hi,We need an app for iPhone and Android where i can see a list of people around me with the same app running, and connect to them ( bluetooth? )After we connect, i can touch a 'Im ready' button, and the other party will notice that, and can also touch 'im ready'.After both are ready, a countdown starts, from 5. when it hits 0, an alarm rings for both EXACTLY AT THE SAME TIME, IT **NEEDS** TO BE AT THE SAME TIME, this countdown needs to be 100% sync between both devices.After the alarm rings, after a while, one of them will touch 'I won!', and the other device will show 'The other player won. Confirm?'. If he touchs 'YES', the round is over and the app saves this data. Who wins from who. This data can be shared online via regular php post to our website.Waiting for reply.Thanks.Rodrigo.

The primary aim is an AP for android/iPhone/iPad/Tablet users that takes their current GPS position and lists locations (from an online database) that are close to them. There would need to be user defiined parameters as to distance of 'locations' from the users current (GPS) position and possibility directions of how to get to the location
I would like a mobile app to be developed from scratch, to suit iPhone and Android mobiles and tablets.'At The Farm Gate' Produce Locator is intended for farmers and growers of produce to nominate when they have products for sale, and to pinpoint their roadside stalls on a map.Where farmers are not able (or interested) in using this app, passers-by and customers can identify growers on the map, and nominate the products that are currently being sold.An icon should be displayed on the map for selected product types.Users should also have a list of preselected products to streamline the process, so that other users of the app can locate these products.The products should be searchable so that someone after a specific product can locate the nearest provider on the map.Users at the location should also be able to flag products as being temporarily unavailable, with the expected date or time when the product will be available again. This should also be shown as a different icon on the map.This should function in a very similar fashion to restaurant locator apps, except users should be able to input their own data.I will provide photographs, but you will need to develop all graphics and designs.
