Hello,I was working with a previous developer company (whom I will not disclose here). I contracted them to develop a web application for use on iPad and Android tablets (specifically Asus Transformer Prime). A lot of the development has been done but the project is incomplete as the developers have mysteriously disappeared.The concept is to develop a web application for an "Auto Service" shop compatible with iPAD and Android tablets. The concept will be a generic one but an Auto Service shop was selected for the pilot program. I need a reputable, knowledgeable and professional designer to take what has been done already and complete the project. I need to be able to speak via telephone and or skype when required with English conversational skills.
