The design itself is just a rough outline of what the house should look like, design changes may be made to improve interior/exterior cosmetics. The maximum dimensions of the house will be in metric 6 meters wide and 10 meters long. I would like 3 bedrooms on the second floor, pantry, bathroom, kitchen and formal living room on the first floor. Office, storage, and entertainment will be located in the basement. All wiring should be ran to a panel in the basement. The design is going to be built in an earthquake prone region and must survive with no damage even the worst quakes.
