Life in UB: Retrospection by Exiting Employees

A research conducted among employees leaving the university revealed that the main factor for leaving during this period was employment in another country. This was particularly true among clinical instructors. Among the sources of job satisfaction cited were the nature of the job and sharing of one's knowledge. On the other hand, sources of dissatisfaction included salary issues, advancement opportunities and working conditions.
