I have a residential detached house (2 1/2 storey) that requires a complete renovation both interior and exterior but I'm just looking at exterior design at the moment. Should the designer is good, I may go with him/her for further interior design. Design should be practical for constructionand Modern / Zen theme is preferred. 3D / detail drawings are needed to show clearly how the changes can be done to replace the old look. Emphasis is on front elevation (Carporch, front walls / gates, etc.) Lightings, water feature & landscape can be introduced to enhance the overall feel. Main structural members have to be retained as well as roofing, so design will have to incorporate stuffs that cannot be altered. Plans and elevation drawings will be given upon confirmation and refer to attached for a rough view of the house. I believe I'm easy to work with as I'm a builder myself and I know the availability of building materials available in my country. Creativity is the key here as this will be one of ourshowcase project. Design budget is not limited by this web site's range and is very much dependent on the designer's creativity and proficiency.
