  ABSTRACTExisting Security (Access Control) application written in C# on VS2005 for .NET 2.0 framework communicates with IP appliances via socket connection / DLL API calls ; comunicates with a Firebird database on desktop; GUI is used to configure devices, personnel information and credentials for door entry. To configure IP appliances (controllers) program pulls data from database and creates ASCII text files and a few binary files that are all uploaded to devices on LAN. IP appliance starts all communications by sending out regular hearbeat message to desktop host.NEW PRODUCT TO BUILD - take existing C# code and migrate this to a web based SaaS model where data center server uses back end SQL Server Database, Windows Server 2008 and ASP.NET. Programmer(s) must have extensive experience in C# and Windows Web Development including AJAX, HTML, XML.Must have at least 5 years of C# and web development experience. A short list of candidates will be chosen and will receive full specification. Preference to candidates located in South Florida. Short list of candidates will receive full specification for final bid.
