The project was delivered incomplete.Before I hired the freelancer I told him several times what I need and if he is able to provide this. After given him the project I wrote him several times for better communication and information. After deadline I gave him extra 2 days to finish. He send me the db of the site which I uploaded, but the result was bad. All the content was made by simple wordpress post, I told him clearly that I need it as an plugin and gave him information where to find. “The client cheated with me. Before awarding the project, he disagreed to view his site as it has two sites in part. Though, I completed one site(student site) styling and other requested changing, he left the project as incomplete! Because, he knew that the other site(business site) contained same styling of completed site. I had a very simple project to create a Page Template for the homepage of my WordPress site. I provided detailed instructions to include screenshots of what it should look like. I also provided the code for which to copy in order to achieve the desired look. This job should of only required a new PHP (the Page Template) and some changes to the style.css.Instead Biplob made changes to the core index files which made the changes NOT just appear on the homepage (as instructed) but throughout the ENTIRE site. He also did not even try to copy the look from the sample screenshots and code.I tried everything to make sure he understood the job ... to include a GOTO Meeting session ... where I shared my screen and showed exactly what I wanted.I must now blow away my site and start new. I blame myself for trusting this freelancer. His unrealistically low priced bid should have been enough to keep me away. The project was supposed to be complete in 8 days. After 3 weeks i gave up with the freelancer. He is now making claims that the reason the project is not complete is my fault. If anyone will have interest to better know about the client behavior just contact me. I'll give some images of our chatting/emailing screen shots over freelancer/gmail, he will get the points easily what the client did with me!
