  I have a theme that needs some customization. It is a store that has a membership option but I want that is has a pay per listing option. This needs to be changed. Someone makes store and will pay per listed product - similiar to Etsy. The theme builder does not have time to do it. I need it this week. It is not a plugin that has to be built. It is PHP coding. It can be done for $50 as this is the price I got from the theme builder.There can be more work as I have other websites and will make more.I am looking for someone who speaks English and understands what I need; you should be reliable and have good comm skills.   It is basically an app that list TV channels .. The user has the ability to "drill-down" and search to find the TV stations he wants. So we have a hierarchical data structure stored in Mongodb which can be made available through a web service (xml plist).So to give you an example, the user will first select a topic (ex: News) then a region (ex: North America) then a country (ex: Canada) and then get a list of TV channels (with icon, title, description). For the time being, as soon as someone clicks on a TV channel, we will show a youtube video.So there are 4 tabs:(1) Channels: this is the hierarchical data I described earlier. The user browse/drill down and can mark/unmark any category/TV channel as favoriteAt any moment the user should have a play button when he is navigating the tree.(2) Recents: here we have the last 10 TV stations/Categories visited by the user (configurable).The user should be able to delete one or all the entries.The user should be able to search by title and/or description(3) Favorites: here we have the TV stations that have been favorite"d by the user.The user should be able to delete one or all the entries.The user should be able to search by title and/or description(4) Settings: The user should be able to register to a newsletter. He will have to enter his email address then hit submit. • Parking Application

  It is a parking application. On the Home Page user would input the Vehicle Registration number (up to 6 digits)And select the one of the three parking zones: SUDALINN15, VANALINN15, KESKLINN15And hit the button "Park". For example if user types the registration number 123ABC and selects SUDALINN15 zone and presses the button "Park"Program will send text a message to a number 1902 and the message would contain the registration number and the zone. In this case the message would be "123ABC SUDALINN15"This happens on the background without user knowing it. It should have a counter that after 14 minutes, application will call the number 1903 and deactivate parking and then send out another message to a number 1902 containing the same string "123ABC SUDALINN15" to activate it again. It will continue doing that after every 14 minutes. It should also prompt the user after every hour stating "Do you wish to continue parking?" If yes, then program will continue doing what I just described above. If the answer is "NO" it will simply call the 1903 number and deactivate parking. NOTE: Sending messages and calling should happen on the background so the application will not be interrupted. It should also have a timer showing, how long you have been parking for and it should have a maximum parking time of 6hrs. If the time reaches 6hrs, it will cancel parking automatically. This application is intended for my own purposes, not for sale. The app does not have to be perfect, I can fine tune it myself.It is a parking application.
