I need good help for my project.I made embedded board with ATMEGA128A to control air conditioner and also make a monitoring program with delphi to control and to monitor 18 sets of air conditioners with embedded boards.The air conditioners are installed at the each top of elevators.I have two kinds of problems.1) When I read adc to get the temperature, the adc value is varied, not steady.2) There are lots of noises in pits of elevators and I had to use two straight lines for communication, not twisted pair wires. So, I use powerline communication chips to connect embedded boards with pc. We require a programmer to create a board that converts our Time Sync databus to USB format. We have the databus in Binary form and has been decoded in to Serial, however we now require this to be converted from the original bus to USB serial format. The major form of communication is via GSM communication and handheld radios that the police, military and other security personnel use.The request is to write a proposal detailing the system, its components and how it will work. I have got the laptop which contains the programs (.mhf files) for the dispenser (parts like Motherboard, UIC card and Backbone card etc). The thing I want to do is. Dispense 4.80 ltrs instead of 5 ltrs from the dispenser. I am trying to build a simple elevation rotor for a satellite antenna system. Requires the ability to interface with the existing azimuth/elevation rotor controllers out there such as the fox delta kit: http://www.foxdelta.com/products/st3.htmI am thinking of two stepper motors connected at the shaft to combine the torque. I am thinking PIC microcontroller with stepper motor driver. Needs to be able to move 180 degrees or horizon to horizon.
