I Need 4 Expert Articles/Posts For Property Blog (long-term work possible)I need 4 expert articles/blog posts written for my property blog. My blog is mainly around property investing in the UK.I need regular blog posts about the property market in the UK and up-to-date information on what is happening as well as tips on how to invest in property. I am looking for the right person to write for me long-term; however, for now I plan to test a few people with smaller projects until I find the right person. Each post should be of the highest quality and a minimum of 500 words long but no longer than 700 words.I am looking for articles that are the best of the best. I am talking about the kind of posts that are extremely informative and interesting and that will have people all over the Internet, who are interested in the topic, naturally linking to the article. You will need to use your creative imagination with all the posts and they need to be informative and to the point. They need to be interesting enough to compel the reader to read more. Structurally they need to be broken into small paragraphs and things such as bullet points or numbers as well as subheadings should be used, as you see fit.I don"t want the posts to just be 600 words of writing just broken up into paragraphs. I need each post to be more interesting to look at and read than that.So for example, that might mean that some posts are broken up with a few subheadings, some others might have some bullet points or numbering in and some might have a combination of these. This is very important. The posts need to be top quality and they need to draw readers in to read more and they need to instill trust in the reader that the blog the article is on is an authoritative trustworthy source with great trustworthy information, tips and advice. The articles need to be unique. I will own all copyright to the articles. You will not be able to use the articles in any way shape or form for yourself or for any of your other clients. I will be checking each article with copyscape for uniqueness. For this project I will not supply any keywords for you. For this project I want you to go out and find hot topics related to property investing (mainly in the UK) and write about them. I also need you to come up with a compelling article. If you do a great job, for future projects I will supply you with some keywords to work with. If you are awarded this project I will also supply you with a few websites that you can use to do your research for this project. Or you can use websites you find yourself, whichever you prefer. At the end of each article/post that you send me I want you to also send a list of the websites/books or any other sources you have used for your research. I like to be able to double check the research my writers do, to make sure that it is coming from credible sources. I don"t want you doing your research from places like ezine articles I want it to come from authoritative sources. I also like to be able to credit the research source if it is appropriate. Previous experience of writing for this market might be useful. Also a journalist background might be useful as well. However, a compelling writing style, being an excellent researcher, being able to follow instructions and having a good command of English are perhaps the most important prerequisites. Summary:- Articles: 4 unique, compelling, articles/post on UK property hot topics- Quality is the key. Write for the Reader not the search engines- Word Count: around 500-700 words for each article- Need to list research sources at the end of each article (this list does not count within your word count budget)- I will supply some websites to do research from to get you started- Dead line: 7 Days from whenever I appoint the successful person
