Hi, Need to design a floor plans using floorplanner.com.I will give you my username and password to use my account to create a project for home design.The home dimintions : 20*15 m ( 3 floors).I will provide you all details about required options.
We want to remodel our home in three different areas: 1) convert our garage into living space plus adding a first floor bathroom 2) redesigning the front of our home in order to accommodate a new entrance (front door) and to open up space and 3) remodeling on the 2nd floor by joining two rooms to make a master bedroom and by redesigning the bathroom by making it larger.As for deliverables, we need to look at design options and hopefully fresh ideas. The garage challenge is to convert with good taste to make the house look better and not like a converted garage. The house is "boxy" or flat in the front to the garage design and the new entrance will change this. Once we have the design we will want to see it in a 3D (CAD) format to make decisions. We will finally need prints to take to the contractors for quotation purposes.Whatever information, e.g. pictures, measurements, etc. that are needed I will do my very best to facilitate.
Task must be done as 'SAMPLE' .pdf see attachment. Or of course better, but at least the quality of this.Only the exterior, with vegetation, trees, flowers.Specifically required for building 'Task 001' dwg.You could do a small part of the task I see your knowledge and speed.
