I am working on an election campaign for an engineering association. I need to create a SINGLE HTML PAGE overview of my campaign strategy/goals etc..I've attached a concept idea of how this might look. Here is what I need accomplished in this project1) An HTML-based layout similar to the attached site concept drawing.2) Layout must be fully HTML compliant with CSS styling (or, optionally table based layout if preferred)3) Layout must be very clean and professional looking on white background4) Must design a top header/banner for the campaign (Text only. See the attached concept)5) Include a javascript photo slider (sliding through about 4 photos) -use any 4 photos temporarily (I will change them later)6) 2 form fields are needed. One for email address and one for adding a comment. Also add a submit button.NO form handling or other functionality is needed.
