  I am looking for someone who can create Wordpress websites for niche sites that I want to build.My online business model is I create niche websites based off one main keyword. I do my best to optimize this site for that keyword, so when someone searches for said keyword, my website will be on the first page of Google, specifically number 1. My main means of monetization is Adsense.I only post 5 articles on my website, sometime a couple more but not often. I am not looking for a sweet looking website, just one that is a notch above Made-For-Adsense. I already have a hosting account and I get my domains from Proud Domains, which I have an account with as well. If you need them, I will give you privileges to get inside them.What I want the designer to do:- Install and configure All-in-SEO Pack (I have a specific way to doing this, so I'll tell you)- create an About, Privacy Policy, and Terms & Conditions page (I will have the designer do multiple sites, so I would like them to be all templates to use for multiple sites)- Post 5 articles on the site (which I will provide) with 5 tags on each post- Freedom to do other things on the site that you feel will help the site get to #1 on Google- Regarding the above, I will give you my username and password on The Keyword Academy.com; everything that you feel will help the site I want the designer to breeze thru that site; again, I am giving you liberty to do basically anything you want under my supervision of courseThe biggest thing is to have the site be as SEO-optimized as possible.For each site, I have someone right now who is paying $25 for each site to do the above, but I am looking for someone who can do this for $15-$20 per site.This is not a one-time project.   I'm just trying to get an mp3 playlist onto a simple minimalist wordpress theme I bought. The theme is full of jquery/ajax to make it look flashlike. For some reason the theme background disappears whenever I put the desired mp3 plugin. I want a player that will be able to work on phones, ipads - not just the internet so I was trying to avoid flash. But if this cannot be done, I'd like to install the flash player from Flabell and make the background transparent along with autoplay. I'm flexible. I'm sure this is simple but I don't know how nor do I have the time to learn. They should all have fixed width and height.Important that its easy to update them.Since the site will be in Swedish its important its easy for me to translate it so code should be clear and marked up.Also CSS need to be clean and commented since I may want to change colors of fonts, backgrounds etc. The main background must also be easy to update via css.There should also be an option to pre pay orders. That will just be a basic form where you send in your name and address and saying I have prepaid order, send it to this address.Also some different kinds of forms for contact, feedback, contribute (this will also contain a upload image form but this can also be solved by just sending an email if a big issue).Newsletter page, sign up for newsletter. This will ( I think now) be done via api provided by me.
