Work was done right, and on time. I got delayed in testing the deliverable which missed clear instructions on how to do so. Worker went into arbitration because of the delay caused by me in testing. It would be nice to be a little patient and understanding that it takes time to test a script not only for functionality, but also for security reasons, bugs, timeouts, error handling etc. So rating him / her an 8 only for going into the arbitration. For the quality of work that he/she did it is a 10. Thanks for your work emilian.dobre, wish you good luck on vworker with other projects.
