Didn't create a Wordpress 'theme' as requested in the brief, just modified an existing one. In the end I told him that I'd do the final finishing points on the CSS myself because it was easier than explaining what needed changing! We learned the hard way to invest in a developer with a strong reputation after losing $500 and 5 months trading time (3 months over due) with this guy. Agaonizingly poor English skills meant every step of the way was incredibly difficult.
