I couldn't be happier with Mike's work on my very custom IPN script. This turned into a massive job that lasted months and months but I was given a lot of leeway and was able to get a very effective script that required a lot of back-and-forth along the way. I'd strongly recommend Mike to anybody given his patience and expertise.

script needs to be created which can communicate between our system and thewebsite"s database, you will need to create a script that can automatically updateyour user database for the purchases made (The script location needs to be set inthe control center, My setup > Remote user management URLs). Once a customer isforwarded to our system and makes a purchase our system will send a command to thisscript so it can update the database. If you would like your customers to purchasemore credits within a week, you aren"t able to use our custom username and passwordsystem to know which member purchased the subscription. You are able to use ourcustom fields to send extra information to us which will be posted back with thecommand after the purchase. In order to create the script, please view the variables needed:/The VerotelRUM 1.1 has 6 calls, 3 of which are the basic actions of our remote usermanagement. These calls and their required responses are listed below together withstring examples of the RUM call:1. *add *call: don"t add duplicate records to your member database,DECLINED if duplicate is found.Only return APPROVED after record was successfully added.Otherwise return ERROR.2. *modify *call: return DECLINED if given user account doesn"t exist in your system.Return APPROVED after successful update of your member database. Otherwise returnERROR.3. *delete *call: return DECLINED if given user account doesn"t exist in your system.Return APPROVED after given user account is successfully removed. Otherwise returnERROR.4. *rebill *and *cancel* calls: always return APPROVED.Other than that, these transactions are not required to do anything, the calls areprovidedfor your convenience, should you want to perform custom actions.5. There is another call *list_ip*, which allows Verotel to remotely check your IPfile setup. Please don"t modify this functionality. If you write your own RUM script from scratch, please recreate this function in its entirety. In creating own script please ALWAYS send back a reply. Allowed values areAPPROVED, DECLINED and ERRORExamples of the strings on the above actions are as follows:add:trn=add&usercode=test2&passcode=I3dup0Q&amount=10&trn_id=example&custom1=foo&custom2=bar$custom3=foobardelete:=delete&usercode=test2&custom1=foo&custom2=barmodify:trn=modify&usercode=test&passcode=examplecancel:trn=cancel&usercode=testrebill:trn=rebill&usercode=test&amount=11&trn_id=exampleThe custom fields data is implemented in the example HTML form code for the sign upbutton, for example:

But I I will pay £10 if you can help me do this.

A pair of scripts for use on present and future projects. The first script will be embedded in a liability disclaimer page -- it forces input of basic customer info and creates a unique ID number for the proposed purchase transaction. This page essentially acts as a "squeeze page" and leads to the free downloads page (i.e. to download the user"s manual for the product). The second script will be embedded on the free downloads page and will act when the user presses the BUY button -- it takes the user to the PayPal shopping cart screen, fills in the name and address data AND fills in the Comments block with the unique? transaction ID created earlier. These scripts must be easily understandable "templates" that I can modify slightly and re-use for? future product offerings, and must be simple to "plug in" to my HTML code as needed with an ordinary text editor.? ## DeliverablesI. Disclaimer page: The purchaser will enter the? basic required data - name, address, country, etc. (note that shipping info is NOT needed at this point) AND indicate if he/she is 18 yrs old or older. Then,? IF the purchaser is under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must ALSO sign with his/her name, address, country. When this data requirement is satisfied (and the user clicks to proceed to the Downloads page), the unique ID number can be created,? formed as follows:? 4-char engine type code + 2-digit year + 2-digit month + 2-digit day + 2-digit minute + 2-digit second (based on Web host date/time) + 2-char country code + first 3 chars of lastname + first 3 chars of firstname.? I hope? this should be enough to uniquely identify the transaction. When the "I AGREE" button is pressed, the Free Downloads / Order page is linked to, and the data entered is passed along to it. II. Free Downloads / Product Order page: Here the user will choose whether to download the user"s manual for the product selected, and will also make the final decision to purchase. When the user clicks on the BUY button, the script should take them to the PayPal screen for the selected product and fill in the data entered in the appropriate slots, AND the complete unique identifier should be filled in at the top of the Comments block, along with a warning message not to delete it. Obviously, the address info can then be completed on the PayPal screen (including a different name/ address for shipping, etc. to complete the order on PayPal) and when the PayPal purchase is completed, I"ll get the notification in the usual manner, including the unique transaction ID shown in the Coments block.
