greenvector was good at first , however after a while he used to delay the work and finally our communication was disabled completely, I tried to set a meeting different times & I wasn't able to meet with him or even get answers to my questions. I sent him warnings that I'll close the project as it took too much time to be finished and he didn't care or at least communicate with me to give him more time . I really disappointed and lost my deadline, won't hire him again under any circumstances for the ignorance I delivered during last period of project.

This project is all about image compression using "geometric wavelet(GW) and binary space partitioning(BSP)". The technique applied here is based on segmentation based image compression technique wherein digital image is split into geometric regions which are then approximated by low order polynomials. I require the output attached for the IEEE paper.

You are required to design a digital communication system that can convey an image across a channel. You have to write MATLAB programs to implement the main components of your digital communicationsystem. The components that you need to implement include: an “A/D converter” to convert the image to a digital signal, a digital modulator for transmitting the digital signal through the channel, a digital demodulator for receiving the transmitted signal, a “D/A converter” to convert the received digital signal back to an imageFor more information read the attachment please
