(message can be anything i (admin) want)eg:Someone has just posted an ad that matches on of your listing filters on www.YourSite.comFeature 2:A member can opt (separately) to also receive text message notifications via their listings contact form/s. Basically if a visitor uses the email form on a members listing to contact them, the site will instantly send out a text message to the member along with the email. This mod has a Reputation Toplist feature, the problem is that Reputation Toplist appears only in forum 'normal view' example http://website.com/forum but it does not appear in jfusion frameless view (jfusion is a component usefeful to integrate graphic ad users from phpbb into joomla.I think it should be an easy fix for an expert programmer. I preferer bidders with good feedbacks and a reasonable price (30 dollars should be ok for a work of few minutes).I need your help as soon as possible.   We need a web developer/ASP/PHP professional to create a cash-back rebate site according to our plan that outlines how we want things laid out and also the functionality of the site. The plan will be sent to the wining bidder.Some highlights of what we want are:Create the website and web system to match our design and functionality objectives detailed in the plan.Create an API that will display our vendors product links on our site. Each vendor will have their own page. We will need the developer to work out a way to track each commission to a member in order to allocate the rebate. More details in the plan. The rebate system will need to keep track of what is owed to each member and report accurately real time stats to both the back office system and each member in their account area.Create a rewards system that will be closely linked to the rebate system. Members will be issued points for doing various tasks around the site. One such various task is earning a rebate. Others are a member performing a product review. More details in the plan. This rewards system will have cash prizes, this will be managed in the back office system and the web system will need to calculate winners according to set parameters and then allocate paper funds to the member ready for them to request payment. More details in the plan.Each member will have their own account area.We will need to have a back office system that will mange the functions of the site and generate various reports.
