We have plans from the architect, and need now to make modifications/alterations, and design in more detail all the rooms, and create 3d renderings once the plans are finalized. We have a limited budget for the whole project, and want to play around with the designs, try various options, and simply can"t afford the architect fees from Switzerland. We are trying to build a luxury chalet at an affordable price, so experience in recommending smart solutions to offer the best cost would be a plus. You should have experience in interior and home design, and in creating realistic 3d renderings. Our range will include 24 different floor plans in a range of sizes from 16 squares to 40 squares with each home having a choice of 6 different facade options. I am looking for a quality architect to help design the range of floor plans and the 6 different facades for each floor plan. Before I award the entire project to a Freelancer, I would like to start working with 3 or 4 different Freelancers on the following SINGLE drawing (your bid should be for this ONE assignment only):"A 4 bedroom home with two living areas and double garage between the total size of 202m2 and 212m2 including outdoor area. I am looking for one floor plan and six different facade options. Your drawing will be presented in CAD format with measurements and to the standard of the attached files. In fact the building is currently a big house (so are the plans but we modified the plans into 4 flats) which we want to rebuild into 4 apartments: 2 x 2 bedroom and 2 x 1 bedroom. Attached an example of the groundfloor.
