Mihai Puscasu made me waste 2 months of my life and hours of work trying to explain requirements that were clear enough from the beginning and that he agreed to for the bid amount. I treated him with nothing but respect and patience even when he stalled and half-heartedly updated the project with lots of mistakes. And in the end, when the work was near completion, he retracted from the project saying he couldn't do it for the money we agreed upon, leaving me on square 1.There were never additions, it was clear from the beginning and this guy is just irresponsible and has caused me a lot of problems. “PHPVirtuoso was the most heavy person to work with on this website... he all the time tried to add things to what we agreed in the beginning. I tried to do it not to get a bad rating but my understanding got to an end when we agreed that the project is done and he came back with an email asking for another 7 things that we never discussed, for the same amount of money.I feel really disappointed that I accepted this job and that i worked with him.I wish him all the best in the future but if you want to make cash you also have to invest something not get everything almost for free.PHPVirtuoso was the most heavy person to work with on this website... he all the time tried to add things to what we agreed in the beginning.
