I have had 3 different people working on this website upgrade that has taken almost 8 months! i'm tearing out my hair! (Lead number).I would like to change it to 'last name'.The sorting of leads and contacts in the dashboard should be descending instead ascending (the latest values above).I get an error if i want to make a backup in Vtiger. Alternatively mysqldumper can be installed to do this job.The listview of leads and contacts enable to display predefined values if the mouseposition is within the field LastName (tooltip management).I would like to see this informations as well if I make a global search (searchfield at the top).I define a filter for specific contacts, I enter, modify and save an existing contact. I have this site that needs a few -not-so-complicated fixes in order to get it to work as I want:1) When user goes to the ViewCart option, Virtuemart does show the cart but also you see aditional options like Login, enter Billing Address, Select Shipping method, tax and payment method. I would only like it to display the products at this point, they can see and enter all that extra information on checkout. We would need the quotation and invoicing modules to be able to include hotel reservation, tour, transfer, packages and cruise booking variables. this would mean price be affected by number of passengers and type of rooms, etc. Also important is to consider travel dates. Finally we would need the CRM to be able to connect with an accounting system. We would initially plan to use OpenErp for our accounting.
