Looking for an effective, clear design and navigation. Needs to look good on mobile enabled devices. Apps integration. Ability to register to RSS, Facebook and LinkedIn. Site must be quick to load and display pages. Ensure that the site is compatible with all major browsers, including Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari and Chrome. Include a search box that allows the internal search of my content. Enable navigation to the previous or next page within a menu section. PROPOSED TIMELINE a. Proposals received by June 29, 2012b. Winning bidder notified by July 1, 2012c. Beta site for review by July 8, 2012d.
