I found that icklicknow is as expert as he claim, his work done professionally and the in great quality, but he is not in the US, I found out that he is 13 hours off the US ET. As a result of that we encounter a lot of frustration during the job, and the work extended way over the time of completion. So you can get a very good Magento expert, but if communication is critical for you, find ways to address it.
