I worked with IBM for their financial account which is Citibank, what I was doing was receiving phone calls from our customer who has an inquiry with our services/products, I was the one processing their order as well. I was required to do up-selling as well, wherein it is just more on upgrading their accounts, offering mortgage if needed etc.,
When I was in ICT I was with Chase Bank Account, my job was to call people who are pre- qualified to apply for our credit cards. I was exceeding my sales target that time and I can say that I did perform well.
