I want the arrow to still have the same (or very similar) color gradient.The second attached file (Example.png) shows roughly what I want. The arrow starts at the top of box #4 and points to the top of one of the other boxes. Ultimately, I want three arrows. Each one starts at the top of box #4, curves and then points to the top of boxes 1,2 & 3 respectively. (They will be shown separately so the arrows can overlap.)
