We bought a building lot and need to get full drawings which include the following.1. Exterior elevations and design2. Full floor Plan3. HVAC layout4. Electrical Layout5. Lighting Design6. Full interior design7. Cabinetry Drawings8. Landscaping drawings9. I have the PSD files for a survey for a residential land. There are a large number of trees on it. We need to draw circles of different radii on the sheet around the location of trees. This area will be marked as the Tree Protection Zones. Attached is the floorplan that I want the design based on.To give you some background, the block of land is just over 800m2 and 17.67m frontage. It will be subdivided so each block is approx 400m2 and frontage on each will be 8.835m. I want to build 2 of the same design (basically a mirror image of the attached plan so that the garage is on the right for both). Both garages will be on the boundary and I want 0.9 m between the other boundary and the house. So the width of each house that we will have to play with is 7.935m.I'm thinking we do the width of the garage as 3.2m, 1.3m entrance and approx 3.435m master bedroom (unless you have any better ideas :-) )- The side and back alfresco areas should be under the main roof.- Given that the length of the blocks is quite large, I'm thinking we change the configuration of the enquite and WIR so that you walk through the WIR to get to the ensuite and make a double basin the ensuite and a double shower (2 shower heads on opposite ends)- Bedrooms 2 and 3 can be bigger- I like the idea of the 3 way bathroom- I don't like the kitchen layout on the attached plan so hoping you can make a bigger kitchen area (perhaps with a island bench).As for elevations, I'm thinking a skillion roof with a very modern looking facade (hoping to get some good ideas from you on this).Anyway, I hope this is enough info for now.
