  I am a wedding photographer, and I am looking for a graphic designer to work on the weddings albums. Obviously, I will provide the images touched up and ready to put on the album and the indications for the design. Each album design as to be exclusive and unique as the wedding and the couple, that is why it is impossible to use a patron, and I need a professional designer to help me.Usually, the album included about 130 pictures in 25 spreads (50 pages). Some spreads will have one image others with 7-10 images on the high side. I do like some extra effects such as the use of gradients, frames, borders and so on....but without being over done. I can show you some samples if we get to that point.The deadline to design a book will be 2 weeks maximum from the sending of the pictures. And the volume of work will be at least 15 albums to design per year. I need someone able to make an albums design sophisticated, timeless (modern but also classic) and with good finishes, starting from zero. The book has to be design in Photoshop or at least in Indesign.The designer who I will work with has to be responsible, serious, enthusiastic, and creative and implicate in his job. He has to know the importance of the deadlines, and to have a good communication especially in case of problem. I am looking for establishing a long-term partnership, so that I am looking for someone available to cooperate for all year long.   I have about 4,000 "mug shots" from a security badge system that I want to edit and use in our corporate staff directory. These photos range from OK quality to horrible quality. I would like to have these photos edited as follows:1. Crop photo with tip of chin at bottom edge and top of head at top edge.2. Resize to 96dpi and height 115 pixels.3. Crop to 94 pixels wide with face centered in image.4. Adjust levels as necessary.5. Unsharp mask at 35%, radius 1 pixel, 0 levels.6. Adjust colors to optimize skin tones (Photoshop Elements skin color tool works well for this).7. Save as .jpg at highest quality.Note: If the quality of the source photo is so poor that a decent image cannot be produced, skip that photo and move on.I have attached a zip file with five randomly selected photos. The successful bidder will edit the five photos and return them with a bid priced for batches of 100 photos. I don"t know the exact count yet, so doing this in batches of 100 photos should work OK.
