Have more than 25 years experience in developing and designing control systems for industrial applications - have developed PCI cards for motion control, IO, communications, T&M. Developed boiler automation systems with RS485/MODBUS based communication with DCS and different types of sensors incl. load cells, IR and UV flame sensors, Accoustic sensors, etc. Have developed a complete G-code ( ISO standard ) which can be ported onto any uC / DSP. Current preferred uCs/DSPs are from Microchip and TI. Used NXP, Atmel, Winbond, Hyperstone, RDC and other makes in the past.
